Our training sessions are scheduled at a one-time session per day for both the
U-13, U-17, and U-20. Training sessions extend between the hours of 14:30 and 17:30 from Tuesday to Friday. Our training sessions extend to cover Active Warmup with Dynamic Stretching, Variations: Progressions (first touch), Progressions (ball control), Movement, Custom Movement, Pass, Dribbling, Scrimmage, etc.
Training initiates are designed to meet members’ physical and cognitive characters, and thus our training designations extend descriptions with accompanying coaching points.
