At Doxa, our structure of soccer development is built under the system of division football. Over the years, we have registered and supervised our team development through the division footballing system, helping our young soccer talents learn from the senior football talents under the division. At Doxa, we believe in a system where there is continuous learning progression throughout all stages of our football development. Thus, we have our young soccer talents registered under divisional football, enabling or granting them the opportunity to have role models from the senior soccer team to aid their development. Progress and better development exist for such initiatives. Under our football division, we have soccer talents between the ages of 13, 15, and 17.
However, we need to have autonomous soccer teams for them to compete in these age regions. We train our soccer talents, regardless of the age gap, to become a more significant part of our vision and development structures.
Over the years, we have observed rapid development in our younger talents’ abilities, skills, and direction as they’ve exhibited maturity in learning and progressing under the auspices of our first team and technical members. Regardless of the prime object and our vision as a soccer club, we constantly hunger for success. Thus, we are eager to compete in all soccer competitions to achieve better success and fill our trophy cabinet. In this regard, Doxa United has structures to establish autonomous teams under the Colts system for our respective youth development teams (under 13, 15, and 17). Our soccer club believes in success at all levels, as demonstrated in our existing structures. Currently, we have systems appropriately laid down for the establishment of autonomous youth teams. Under this structure, we look forward to exploring, admitting, and developing young soccer talents between the ages of 13 and 17 to spearhead our soccer progression and expand our first team development.
UNDER 20
Presently, the club manages thirty-five (35) soccer talents under its under-20 soccer team. This level of soccer team represents the highest level of team management under the club’s belt.
The under-20s represent the highest soccer team in our divisional level. At this level, our players are well-equipped and nurtured with professional charisma to fit into the football world.
We continue to bridge the gap in training, skill development, and footballing ethics to bring out the finest soccer talents to meet the demands of the world of football. We aim to equip our players for life after the academy. Wherever they find themselves, adaptation and a professional attitude will be of ease in their daily endeavors. Professional attitudes, soccer ethics, training, and leadership are at their peak at this divisional level.
